  3. Viscosity has been updating itself over and over since the Version 1.0 (1064) update was pushed down. At first I accepted it, thinking that it was a new version but now I'm thinking it's a bug. Anyone else having similar problems on a Windows 7 Pro 64 system?

Also, why do replies to this thread generate 4 duplicate email messages telling me there has been a reply to this thread?
  5. TorGuard Viscosity Update Issue

Whew! For a second there I thought the update process was going to be difficult!
  6. TorGuard Viscosity Update Issue

Does not work for me (Panda AV)> It has something to do with the "route gateway is not reachable on any active network adapters" error. UNINSTALLING & RE-INSTALLING DOES NOT WORK. It DOES NOT fix the problem!
  7. TorGuard Viscosity Update Issue

I'm awfully glad it's not just me!
  8. TorGuard Viscosity Update Issue

    I did. Still no resolution.
  9. TorGuard Viscosity Update Issue

I am being facetious. I completely uninstalled, manually deleted the virtual adapters, ran ccleaner, reset the TCP/IP stack and rebooted. Re-installed... still does not work (see above).
  10. TorGuard Viscosity Update Issue

Must not have have done it cleanly enough then!
  11. TorGuard Viscosity Update Issue

It is a problem with this 'update' it wrecks the TCP/IP stack somehow in Windows 7 (though not all computers - which makes it a hard problem to pin down). If you do manage to get the old version working again don't let Viscosity update it again until they figure out this problem. It has been a month now and it is still not working on my laptop, but I have been too busy to mess around with it.
  12. TorGuard Viscosity Update Issue

Why? I didn't need to do it with the old version! And static DNS is NOT convenient to me.
  13. TorGuard Viscosity Update Issue

I get web access, just not through the vpn.
  14. TorGuard Viscosity Update Issue

Does not work for me. Or the other 2 Win 7 computers I tried it on. When you install the new update you don't get the 'background service' error, but even though you connect you get NO remote 10. ip!
