I haven't received my Dedicated IP. Where is it?
Answer: Dedicated IP's are not assigned automatically, please contact our support desk with the location you want your IP assigned and they will assign that to you right away if they are ready available, please note that sometimes new IP's have to be ordered to be able to assign you one, this can sometimes take up to 1 to 2 days if this is the case.
How do i connect to my Dedicated IP?

My External Services have Stopped Working?
Answer: Many TG Clients use our Dedicated IP or shared IP's for many different types of external services - TorGuard has no control over external services and what IP's or ranges they block, if for some reason your service has stopped functioning or it is clear your IP was flagged as being a proxy or VPN we are quite happy to reissue a new IP free of charge (for dedicated IP customers), if you are on shared IP's we recommend you purchase your own private IP. If for any reason we have no more working IP's for the service you are looking to use we will simply cancel the addon, we cannot refund IP's already assigned unless the IP was blocked within 2 days of your purchasing it.
I connected to the VPN, but I still can't access any websites. What do I do?
Answer: The most common cause for this is DNS, please follow the appropriate guide here for your OS and this should solve your problem, if not try flushing your DNS cache via the following guide here, if using the TG Client try going to more settings.. >> Network tab >> Uncheck "Block outside DNS", if none of these solves your problem submit a ticket here.
Im having stability problems, disconnections etc is there an easy fix ?
Answer: The most common cause for this is security software, to isolate the problem we suggest for a few minutes disable them completely, don't just close them as they will still run in the background, you need to disable all it's features and make expections for our software. if this does not solve your problem submit a ticket here.

Answer: We don’t share any information with anyone regarding our network or its users and won’t even consider communicating with a 3rd party unless they’ve first obtained adequate representation within our legal jurisdiction. Only in the event of an official court ordered ruling would we be forced to hand over blank hard drives. There’s nothing to hand over but an operating system. ( No Logs)

How are payments linked to individual user accounts?

Answer: Our billing area and VPN/Proxy network are completely separate systems. This is to ensure the privacy and securities of our customer’s accounts are upheld at all times. Our backend will only ever see you as a random hash, nothing can link you to billing or our servers.

What sort of speed will I get?

Answer: Bandwidth and speeds are not limited in any way, WE DO NOT THROTTLE. All of our servers feature gigabit+ port speeds, so DL rates can vary from 5mbps – 100mbps+ depending on your connection speed, server load, CPU, distance from you to the location you are connecting, ping, encryption strength and protocol, speed has many factors and so if you have slow speeds submit a ticket to our support desk, we can normally help resolve any speed issues you have.

We do highly recommend that you connect through our TG Client "Tunneltype" OpenConnect + UDP - this will bypass any throttling and in most cases max out your line speed without any problems.
