How to Install and Setup the TorGuard Chrome Proxy Extension on ALL OS

1) In Chrome Click on settings on right hand side of your address bar and visit More Tools --> Extensions

2) Scroll down and click the link to the chrome web store "Get more Extensions"

3) In the search box type VPNetworks - it will then show you the new TorGuard Extension, click "Add to Chrome"

4) You will be prompted with the following prompt, make sure to click "Add Extension".

5) It will now show you the extension as installed with the TG Proxy icon on the right hand side of your address bar as in the image below:

6) That should be it installed - now click the TG Proxy icon and login using your proxy or vpn credentials and click "Save", those can be managed here if you are not sure.

7) Once you click save it will auto log you into the TG Proxy Extension Interface, you have the option to select between SSL and HTTP based proxy's and different ports - simply hit connect to connect to your favourite location.

8) You should now be connected and good to go - browse to TorGuard's Whats My IP to make sure your IP has now changed, the connect button will change to disconnect when you have successfully connected.


It is known that the Avast Mail Shield will prevent you from connecting to the TG Proxy extension using our SSL ports - please disable this plugin to successfully use the TorGuard Proxy Extension.
