Step 1. ) Open Network Connections

First, Open Network and Sharing Center from Control Panel. Then choose Set up a new connection or network.

Step 2.) In the next window, choose Connect to a workplace.

Step 3.) Choose Use my Internet Connection (VPN).

Step. 4) Type in the name or the IP address of a TorGuard PPTP server you wish to use. You have to check the activation email you received when signing up or in the member's area under "services". There you will find the available IP's to connect to.

Next, enter your TorGuard VPN as the name the connection in the destination name box (you can name it as you want). Then click Next.

Step 5.) In the next window, enter your user name and password for the VPN access and click Create. (username/pass from activation email)

That's it!

You should see this screen next. Click the “Close” button to return to the “Network and Internet” screen.

In the Connect to a network screen, you should see the TorGuard connection that you have just set up. There should also be a new network option in your system tray in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.

Disconnect From TorGuard

To disconnect from a VPN connection, right-click the icon for the connection, and then click “Disconnect”
